As part of the Leadership group, you will be well supported by your peers.What you’ll bring· Experience in project management within the infrastructure or utility industry· Experience managing, leading and developing your team to enhance business capability· Ability to build strategic relationships across a businessWhat You’ll doIdeally based in one of our Regional Offices you will lead a team of Project Leaders, Project Coordinators and Quality Assurance Advisors who are instrumental in the delivery of minor work and maintenance projects within Water Corporation, you will provide support ensuring that deliverables are on time, to budget and within technical and quality standards.You will strive to build team capability through mentoring, coaching, performance feedback and provision of training and development.You will identify opportunities to maximise efficient and effective project delivery using data to support your findings and report on program performance to key stakeholders throughout the organisation.You will work closely with stakeholders and customers to maintain relationships that result in aligned outcomes.What is on offer?You will work in a team of helpful and friendly colleagues who live the Water Corporation value of Working as one.
