AddressWe are currently seeking a Project Lead with approximately 10 years of experience in leading brownfields projects. We have identified a need for a dedicated individual to oversee key projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, the capability to manage a team of seasoned engineers, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with the construction lead to ensure project schedules and progress are maintained. Additionally, the ability to manage budgets and prepare progress reports is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing construction plans and monitoring progress in terms of time, costs, and quality.
- Reviewing contractors' plans and schedules.
- Monitoring construction work to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and fostering relationships with stakeholders and liaising with the owner's team on technical issues, specifications, and variations.
- Monitoring and reporting on contractor performance.
- Identifying and addressing contract variations.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade background
- Experience in a project role leading brownfield projects
- Oil & Gas Industry Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project lead role
Additional Information:
- Immediate start available.
- Travel to project sites will be required.
- Perth based role.
