This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based in the Melbourne area.  This role will see you identify and facilitate injury management activities to assist injured workers with their rehabilitation, with a view to optimise recovery outcomes and reduce the impact of injury on the individuals and workplace. This position focuses on the safe and early participation in workplace rehabilitation, and coordinates the input of the injured worker, managers, medical professionals, claim case managers, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure a positive and progressive rehabilitation plan is enacted.
