MGM is a family-owned business with 6 5years of experience within the bulk haulage industry, servicing mining companies that require bulk haulage, storage, ship loading, and stockpile management services, across Western Australia.
Due to the rapid growth within our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new branch in Maddington and play an integral role in the Operations team, whilst expanding your industry skills and knowledge! We are looking for a dynamic individual that has worked in a similar role and wants to develop their career further with a business that will only continue to grow.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- The accurate entry of operational data into various MS Excel spreadsheets
- Produce and review daily reports on operational driver activity from MT Data
- Report non-conformances and deliver to the operational team for review and action
- Review operator documentation for accuracy and timely submission
- Record and communicate accurate operator 24-hour fatigue breaks
- Maintain electronic filing and record-keeping systems
- Provide exceptional front line customer service to internal and external enquiries
What skills are needed for the role?
- Strong computer literacy skills, especially MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout all levels of the business, especially with employees from all different backgrounds and demographics
- Proven experience meeting KPI’s and deadlines
