What’s on offer?

With further growth and on-going works in NSW, we are looking for a Regional Safety & Quality Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services team in Campbelltown. This newly created role will report to Regional Safety & Quality Manager where your day to day will look like:

  • Providing administrative support to the HSEQ team and wider Project Teams;
  • Proactively chasing up and uploading updated safety and quality documentation;
  • Booking safety training as required and ensuring that we are being compliant with standards and legislation;  
  • Aid with formatting documents, presentations, and other materials;
  • Following up on compliance checks from sites;
  • Scanning and archiving project documents into job folders such as: meeting minutes, site inductions, permits, signed SWMS and other ad hoc documentation as required.
  • Other admin duties including data entry and maintaining spreadsheets.

As the Safety & Quality Administrator, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to analysis data and high attention to detail. Having similar experience working within the Construction Industry will be highly regarded.
