Regional Sales Manger - Trucks

The Opportunity:

IVECO is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Trucks) to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing, engaged and motivated IVECO Dealer Sales Network and Maintaining productive relationships with all dealers to achieve our brand strategic objectives.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all dealers perform and achieve their defined KPIs as managed and communicated through frequent dealer visits
• Ensure dealers achieve a balanced volume across the Iveco range and achieve market share targets within their PMA.
• To maintain accurate and timely measurement, through weekly and monthly reporting – including but not limited to Weekly Order Intake, Lost Sales, Enquiry Management, Conversion Rate monitoring and Sales vs. Target tracking.
• Achievement of Downstream targets once relevant products are available

Candidate:

You’ll be a strategic thinker with the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong communication skills and have experience in the commercial vehicle industry. 

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in the commercial vehicle industry, preferably Trucks.
• Extensive sales experience and experience managing various stakeholders 
• Ability to use SAP system. 
• Advanced MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with well-organised time management.
• Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail.
