The Opportunity:
IVECO is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Trucks) to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing, engaged and motivated IVECO Dealer Sales Network and Maintaining productive relationships with all dealers to achieve our brand strategic objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure all dealers perform and achieve their defined KPIs as managed and communicated through frequent dealer visits
- Ensure dealers achieve a balanced volume across the Iveco range and achieve market share targets within their PMA.
- To maintain accurate and timely measurement, through weekly and monthly reporting – including but not limited to Weekly Order Intake, Lost Sales, Enquiry Management, Conversion Rate monitoring and Sales vs. Target tracking.
- Achievement of Downstream targets once relevant products are available
Candidate:
You’ll be a strategic thinker with the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong communication skills and have experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in the commercial vehicle industry, preferably Trucks.
- Extensive sales experience and experience managing various stakeholders
- Ability to use SAP system.
- Advanced MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with well-organised time management.
- Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail.
