The Greater Ravensworth Area (region) encompasses Ravensworth, Liddell, Mt Owen, Glendell, and Integra mines and incorporates an interconnected Water and Tailings network.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing the life of mine Water and Tailings volumes.
- Implementing strategies to maximise our efficient use of the Regional Water and Tailings assets.
- Designing and constructing new infrastructure to meet our business needs.
- Managing and maintaining our existing infrastructure.
Liaising closely with the sites nominated personnel to ensure the maximum benefit of the integrated Water and Tailings system is realised, you will be responsible for technical management and monitoring of the various site Water and Tailings balances ensuring both site and Greater Ravensworth Area comply with respective Environmental consents in place.
To be successful in this role you will have either an:
- Engineering discipline related to water management.
- Mechanical or electrical trade related to water management.
- CHPP background familiar with Water and Tailings.
There is a requirement to be familiar with project management processes and have demonstrated an ability to deliver projects from concept through to execution.
You will have high performance standards and excellent communication and influential interpersonal skills to assist in developing strong working relations with internal and external stakeholders.
