- Weekly Claiming Export: Prepare and audit the rostering system to extract claiming information weekly and verify data accuracy.
- Data Reconciliation: Reconcile exported files with client records and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- NDIA Portal Uploads: Upload claiming data to the NDIA provider portal, ensuring all fields are completed and supporting documents are attached.
- Error Management: Troubleshoot and correct claiming errors promptly, including processing back claiming as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to improve claiming processes and respond to NDIA enquiries, audits, and fraud queries.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and assist in managing improvement registers.
- Part-time role: 24 hours per week.
- Work schedule: Ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but flexibility is available.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Previous experience within a financial administrator role
- A strong understanding of the NDIS
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with excel
