WHO ARE STREAMLINE HR? 

Streamline HR has been providing senior level HR and recruitment services since 2014.  We are specialist HR professionals who work with business owners and senior managers to build engagement, capability, sustainability, and wellbeing into their work worlds. Being a small consulting firm, every member of the team plays a key role, and this role is no exception.   

THE ROLE 

You’ll basically be the glue that holds the ship together by being responsible for looking after our clients, ensuring our systems are run smoothly, and keeping us efficient. This role is not for the faint hearted, we are looking for an administrative and organisational guru who knows their way around a computer, how to wrangle business owners and get things done. Here’s a little more detail on what that means…. 

  • Delivery – supporting the team by compiling reports, engagement surveys and presentations, putting together proposals, and policy documents.   
  • Clients – onboarding new clients, booking appointments, organising probation and performance reviews, and owning our feedback process.   
  • Team– arranging team events, recognising birthdays and anniversaries, managing diaries and making sure our Australian office is running smoothly. 
  • Operations – monitoring our admin inbox, sending out EDM’s, supporting our socials and newsletters, maintaining our internal processes, and working on business improvement projects. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE 

The business operates with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and quality service. Heard that all before? Well at Streamline HR that means being genuine and telling the truth even when it’s hard, doing what you say you are going to do - no exceptions, and coming to work with your brain plugged in and being ready to use it. 

  • Experience – you’ll need at least 3 years senior administration or EA/PA experience 
  • Tech Savvy – you’ll have a natural flair for IT programs (we use Word, Wix, Canva, Excel, Click Up and Survey Monkey) 
  • A smart-deliverer – you’ll be organised, take initiative, deliver quality and manage up with class 
  • Creative flair – our documentation is part of our product, so we need someone who has a desire to make things look and sound beautiful 
  • Customer focused – you’ll understand the importance of our clients and show them the love 
  • A perfectionist and process driven – you’ll be able to spot mistakes, and pick up the things other people miss 
  • Fun! - Life is too short to not have fun, we are looking for someone with good energy 

WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN 

  • We are flexible, so you can work either 4 or 5 days a week with a mix of working from our office in the Robina Town Centre and from home.  Ideally we're looking for someone who can work 30 hours a week across 4-5 days (school hours are fine).
