The Role
Group Four are currently looking for a full-time VBA registered Building Inspector to service the East/North region of Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Inspections Team Leader, you will be responsible for completing onsite mandatory inspections in accordance with approved documentation, with service and delivery synonymous with Group Four Building Surveyors.
Your role will entail (but is not limited to):
- Assist and participate in staff training to Building Inspectors
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely completion of all inspections
- Conduct mandatory inspections to a high standard & maintain consistency and care following all procedures
- Be punctual and maintain thorough and timely communication with customers and the team
- Process inspection results for each job and ensure all results are completed by end of same day
- Respond positively and punctually within specified timelines to customer and staff requests
- Assist in marketing sales and client services to grow the business
- Carry out both mandatory and quality assurance inspections
About You
- Registered with the VBA (Victorian Building Authority) as a Limited Inspector
- Residential inspections experience
- High energy / high performing team member
- Strong technical skills
- Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating ‘easy to do business with’ behaviours
- Able to service the West and Inner West regions of Melbourne
