Hours per week 38 hours however can be Permanent Part Time (4 days per week) for the best candidate.

We are excited to offer an opportunity to a Licensed conveyancer/or highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant who is well versed with all conveyancing transactions in South Australia to join our incredible team. 

About the Role

If you've got the experience, a friendly attitude that brightens everyone's day, and exceptional communication and organization skills, we want YOU on our team! You will be responsible for autonomously managing the entire conveyancing process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Managing conveyancing files from start to finish with minimum supervision.
• Maintain timely and professional client and business partners interaction.
• Ordering Government & Statutory searches.
• Drafting various conveyancing documents to facilitate and complete settlement.
• Preparation of Form 1’s & Private Contracts.
• Preparing settlement files to be completed electronically/in person.
• Attendance at the Land Titles Office when required.
• Coordinating settlement documentation and liaising with various business contacts.
• Providing expert advice to clients throughout their transactions, in person or via telephone.
• General office administration as required.

About You

• Autonomously able to complete transactions from beginning to finish.
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks and work.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and deal with the pressure of deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.
• Experience with PEXA is essential.
• Proficiency with CATS software is desirable, but not essential.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail. 
• Strong ability to create, maintain and grow current and new relationships with clients, business contacts and staff.
• A current National Police Check and a South Australian Driver's License.
• Be well presented and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In addition, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, show initiative, and have excellent time management skills.
