AddressRedpath Partners have been selected to work with a Global Renowned brand who are reinventing their service, off the back of a very profitable year.
Our client have won a multi million dollar Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) project in Melbourne with construction due to start at the beginning of November. We are actively recruiting for a Senior Commissioning Engineer to join the team.
In this role you will lead the commissioning activities for the Battery Energy Storage System facility, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules and budget. You will coordinate and supervise all on-site commissioning activities, including the contractual test of BESS OEM battery systems based on electrical/ instrument background knowledge in particular.
It is a key part of the role to collaborate closely with the project team, constriction team, contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
To be a successful applicant for this role you must have the following.
- Minimum 7 years' engineering/ commissioning experience in power/ traction sector
- Electrical Engineering qualification, white card, current drivers license
- Ability to mentor and grow a team of highly skilled and experience technical resources required for existing and emerging market opportunities
- Experience in providing subject matter expertise for technical functions for all phases (identification, capture, delivery and close).
