About the Role: As a Registered Midwife, you'll play a crucial role in providing the highest level of woman centred, evidence-based midwifery care in a hospital setting, as well as providing ongoing care & support to patients. The v
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering patient-centred care outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide the highest standard of woman centre midwifery care
- Monitor maternal & foetal well-being over the course of hospitalisation and communicate with health professionals to ensure highest standard of care
- Support clinical effectiveness of the multidisciplinary team and delegating tasks where required
- Work closely with patients and their support network over the course of pregnancy and birth
Essential Criteria:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Midwife
- If you are an overseas applicant based in the UK, you would require 3 years of experience in the NHS
- If based in Australia, previous experience working as a Registered Midwife would be highly regarded
- Current with neonatal resuscitation
- Current with K2 Perinatal Training via an approved provider
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Up-to-date vaccinations
