About the role
 
We are seeking an experienced agent with a MARN who isn't afraid of getting into the detail of an application, finding pathways that may not be so obvious and establishing themselves as a leader in this industry. 
 
Experience in employer sponsored migration is ideal. Being able to comfortably talk to both visa applicants and employers alike is highly desirable. 
 
Daily, you will be resolving solutions for businesses who have some complicated desires to retain their staff. Especially in this time of COVID, being able to traverse a path for your client that gives them hope for the future is essential. 
 
We process a wide range of visas but previous experience will be required in a range of the Employer sponsored categories, namely 482, 186, 400, 407, 494 and Family / Partner applications. 
 
Client communications is essential and keeping clients regularly informed of their progress and staying on top of internal communication is a core responsibility.
 
About you 

• Registered Migration Agent - we will look at any level of experience as well as new agents!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience using LEAP Migration Manager is a plus
• Ability to manage your case load and prioritise applications as situations change
• Confident in researching legislation and policy using LEGEND
• Happy to work in a team in a collaborative and respectful manner

• We are offering a starting salary between $75,000 to $110,000 dependent on your experience, plus super with a scheduled salary review after 6 months.
