About you

Well Life Services is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse who is eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a compassionate healthcare professional, you possess the ability to provide care with empathy and kindness. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures effective monitoring of our client’s progress. Strong communication skills enable you to engage not only with the client but also with their family members and other key stakeholders of the organisation.

As a Registered Nurse you will: 

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and interventions. 
• Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor bespoke care plans. 
• Monitor and document client health status and progress.
• Provide guidance and support to our team of dedicated staff.
• Be flexible to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Possess expertise in PEG feeding.

To excel in this role, you must have: 

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner. Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with clinical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• QLD Australian C Class Driver’s License with car insurance and registration.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Commitment to the vision and values of Well Life Services.
