Key responsibilities and main tasks for this role include:
- Delivering person-centred care, taking into account the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols and best practice guidelines.
- Monitoring and documenting residents' health and well-being, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing care. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Current practicing Certificate as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
