Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time | Part Time

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering compassionate safe high-quality resident and family centred care.
- Conducting resident assessments and developing individualised care plans.
- Monitoring resident's health and well being and responding to their needs.
- Working as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Supporting our committed care staff in the delivery of resident care.
- Using excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders including team members, residents, clients and family members.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Using great problem-solving skills and strong decision-making capability.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating the delivery of nursing and personal care services.
- Excellent level of computer skills. E.g. Microsoft Office suite, clinical management software systems.
- Understanding and application of WHS principles.
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and current practising certification.
