Position Overview:We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and caring team at SCC Caves Beach NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents and clients. You will provide expert nursing care, lead a team of dedicated care staff, and contribute to the overall quality of care delivery. This is a part time and full-time role. The pay rate is at $40.67 - $51.27 (depending on experience) per hour plus NFP salary sacrificing benefits up to $18,000 The role is located at SCC Caves Beach: 80 Caves Beach Road, Caves Beach NSW 2281 What We Offer:NFP up to $18,000 and Rewards, including discounts at major retailers, cinemas and restaurantCompetitive salary and benefits package.$6k incentive annually for RN age care workers.Relocation reimbursement Ongoing Training and DevelopmentGenuine career progression pathways Qualifications:Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.Experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or a related field.Strong clinical and assessment skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions Key Responsibilities:Assessing the health needs of residents and clients and developing care plans.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.Providing clinical leadership and promoting best practices in care delivery.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and maintaining accurate records. Requiring sponsorship?We have several opportunities for permanent full-time Registered Nurses to work in our regional locations. Should you require sponsorship, we are able to sponsor you under the 494 Regional Sponsorship. This will give you an unencumbered pathway to permanent residency after only 3 years.
