- Salary Classification: Registered Nurse Year 3-8.
- Remuneration: $39.16-$49.60 per hour, excluding superannuation and applicable loadings.
- Timely, complete and accurate documentation of nursing care and patient’s progress.
- Participate in the Medical rounds to ensure communication of patient needs and changes.
- Accurately and comprehensively handover nursing care of critically ill patients to nursing colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with the families of critically ill patients, including recognising the need to involve pastoral care services.
- Able to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity.
- Demonstrated communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Recent demonstrated experience in an acute care facility and recent experience in Intensive Care.
- Registered Nurse authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
