As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive clinical care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities include managing a designated territory on Sydney's Central Coast, conducting assessments, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring high-quality care that promotes independence and meets spiritual and cultural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated territory on Sydney's Central Coast.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans.
- Work closely with allied specialists and coordinators to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Provide staff and client education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to APHRA standards and Code of Conduct.
- Work under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager and collaborate on complex cases with our Clinical Care Consultant.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree or evidence of continuing skill development.
- AHPRA National Board Registration RN.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and Car Registration with comprehensive insurance.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
