Our client are actively seeking qualified Registered Nurses and are therefore seeking nurses who can meet the following responsibilities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care to residents
- Providing palliative care which also includes complex pain management
- Administering medications to residents as required
- Overseeing clinical assessments & documentation
- Formulating and delivering care plans to residents
- Providing emergency care responses as required.
Key Requirements:
- A current & valid AHPRA registration
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications
- A valid degree or post-graduate qualification in nursing
- Previous experience in aged care
- Previous experience in providing care & support to residents
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Maintain all necessary compliance requirements
