Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital team

As a Registered Nurse, you will accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.

What makes a difference for us?

• Minimum of 12 months’ post graduate experience in an ICU or Critical Care
• Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
• Vent Competency
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Adaptability and resilience in busy, clinically complex environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements
• Desire for ongoing professional development
• Flexibility to work fortnightly rotating roster
• Cardiac ICU experience - desirable
• Postgraduate Certification in Intensive Care - desirable
