SalaryMeracare Aged Care is currently looking for Full Time Registered Nurses to work at our family owned home in Wangaratta. Rangeview Nursing Home is a 60 bed facility where we work with our residents to provide a person-centered care approach and current best practice strategies to enhance the lives of all the residents.
The successful candidates are required to:
- Use your great clinical skills to provide high quality standards of care
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for resident care
- Prioritise tasks effectively
You must:
- Hold registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA)
- Have a passion for making a difference in the lives of aged individuals
- Available for ND shifts during weeknights and weekends
- Provide high quality care
- Be experienced as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care (at least 1 year of experience).
- Have an understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
We are willing to offer sponsorship and full relocation services for applicants on selected visas who are interested in joining us on a permanent full time basis.
