As a Registered nurse you will:
Conduct clinical and personal care duties, with a holistic approach to in-home patient care:
- Provide clinical judgement, creativity and sensitivity to develop care plans that are aligned to the client’s assessed needs.
- Monitor chronic and palliative conditions.
- Assess wounds and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
- Monitor and assist clients to use continents devices and change the IDC and SPC.
- Assist with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting and denture care, and a range of other personal care duties.
- Provide a high level of holistic care including social, emotional, spiritual support.
We are looking for someone with:
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration, with a minimum 2 years practicing as an RN.
- Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable.
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
- The right to work in Australia.
- A current driver licence, registration and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance.
- Current NDIS check
