Groundwater Lodge is situated in the Granville suburb of Maryborough. Set on leafy acreage that was formally farmland, Groundwater has a relaxed and tranquil homestead feel.

The role

We are looking for casualRegistered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 60 bed facility - Groundwater Lodge, Maryborough.

What you will do

The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
• Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Positive resident experience through resident-first approach

Who are you and what will you bring?

• Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essential
• Minimum 1 year experience in providing clinical care as an RN
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hold and maintain NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
• Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirement
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
