Full Job Description:

Join Dash Group (agency) and become a part of a talented team of Registered Nurses delivering outstanding care to residents in Aged Care facilities across Australia. We have recently been appointed by our clients to recruit further Registered Nurses to help support their facilities in Ballina, NSW.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assessing and monitoring patient health
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Providing patient and family education
• Responding effectively in emergency situations

SKILLS& REQUIREMENTS:

• NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)
• 2023 Influenza Vaccine
• Covid-19 Vaccination and booster
• Minimum 6 months experience working in Australia
• Full working rights in Australia
• Must be currently based in Australia
• Current driver's license or access to reliable transport

About you:

• You will have clear and confident communication skills to ensure excellent communication with team members, residents, and family members.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise with a matured sense of leadership and ability to motivate others in a positive direction.
• All of Dash Group's Registered Nurses are caring and compassionate – non-negotiable!
• Be prepared to go through full credentialing prior to placement.
