Our nurses are empowered to support our GPs in caring for our patients. You will be supported to increase your skill levels and there are opportunities to lead and be part of various clinic initiatives.

Duties include
Triage
Wound care
Immunisations
Health Assessments & Care plans
Provision of appropriate information and education to patients
Adhere to RACGP 5th Edition standards and GPA Accreditation Requirements
Assist with minor procedures undertaken by the GP
COVID 19 Vaccinations
Other duties as directed
Essential selection criteria:
Current Nursing Registration with APHRA - Division 1 or 2
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Understand principles of Medicare funding including Practice Incentive Program (PIP) and Service Incentive Payments (SIP)
Experience with CDM plans & Annual Health Assessments
Desirable selection criteria:
Experience using practice software ideally Best Practice
Experience in General Practice is highly desirable
