We are a leading Women’s Health and Obstetrics Clinic based in Southport, Gold Coast. We have two clinic locations providing Obstetrics, Gynaecology, General Practice and Allied Health services.
We are seeking an experienced nurse seeking full-time/part-time role. Nurses within our practice work collaboratively to assist specialists, general practitioners and allied health with both clinical and administrative tasks. The ideal applicant would possess the experience and skills listed below and have availability Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Required Experience:
- Essential - 3+ years nursing experience (within Women’s health/ Gynaecology/Surgical or General Practice desirable)
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Current Drivers Licence
- CPR Certification
- MSOffice (Word, Excel & Outlook) - basic skills essential
- Genie Practice Software - desirable
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Vaccine Ordering, Cold Chain Management.
- Infant & Antenatal Immunisations
- Infant Health Checks
- Instrument Sterilisation
- Referral Triaging & Patient Communication
- Wound Care
- Treatment Room Assistance (General Practice and Gynaecology)
- Health Assessments
- Consumable Ordering & Management
- Pathology Handling and Audits
This role reports directly to the Clinical Manager, the successful applicant/s would be instrumental in continuing to provide excellence in care, empowering patients and colleagues and creating a diverse knowledge base amount the nursing team.
