Located in the centre of the bustling Redcliffe Peninsula, you’ll find the SKINmas Sanctuary. SKINmas is the anchor to a thriving beauty hub, co-locating with likeminded women owned and led businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated receptionist to provide excellent patient focused care, and support our nursing staff. Our clinic is open 6 days per week Monday to Saturday, and this role will be Casual (approx 2-3 shifts per week) with a view to moving to permanent part time.
The successful candidate will receive full training and orientation to our clinic bookings data base and processes.
Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month, and other days as required during clinic business hours.
Qualifications & experience
- Prior administrative experience in a medical setting preferred
- Fine tuned attention to detail A MUST!
- Friendly caring compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
- Be able to take direction but also be proactive!
- Must be organised & able to effectively prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of cosmeceutical skincare & injectable/laser treatments an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering clinic phone, assisting with enquiries and booking appointments.
- Provide warm and professional admin and clinical service to patients.
- Offering refreshments on arrival
- Checking and completing patient documentation in a timely manner
- Preparing patients for their treatments and assisting in patient photography for their planned treatments.
- Collating and creating content for clinic social media - must be willing and confident to chat on camera and create interactive content.
