We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse - After Hours Coordinator to work in our well-regarded 90 beds residential facility.
The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Relevant nursing qualifications & AHPRA registration
- Relevant experience within residential aged care or healthcare
- Experience or aptitude in supervising staff in an aged care or healthcare setting
- Experience with wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, assessments, care plans & AN-ACC
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, highly organised and self-motivated
- Current NDIS screener check and COVID vaccination
- Passion for working with the elderly
