Registered Nurse Aged Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly residents in a respectful and supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' health and well-being.
• Developing and implementing care plans.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Proven experience in Aged care nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate care to elderly residents.
• Must currently live in Australia.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of Aged care regulations and compliance requirements.
