The Opportunity
Your role will be working under the experienced DON and DDON to deliver their high standard of care. You will oversee care plans, roster management, day-to-day team supervision with responsibility for the smooth running of the residents' care, and participation in the constant improvement program. You
- Current AHPRA registration with at least 3+ years local Aged Care experience
- Excellent verbal, written and also time management skills
- Experience in ACFI assessment and submission requirements
- Some management experience desirable
- Low, medium and high care experience.
