Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring residents' health, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a supportive and comfortable environment for residents.

- Registered Nurse -For a residential Aged Care Facility
- Experience in Aged care is desirable, but not required.
- Availability to cover various shifts.
- Dedicated, reliable, hardworking individuals to hit the ground running.
- Excellent communicator and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, caring and empathetic
- Resident care and emotional support
- Effective pain management plan
- Delivery of premium resident focused clinical care.
- Collaborate with doctors to create individual care plans.
- Practice OHS
- Develop strong relationships with residents.
- Monitoring resident's symptoms and communicate to Practice OHS their doctors.
- Valid proof of Australian working rights required
- AHPRA registration – Registered Nurse
- National Police Check (within the last six months)
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration - NDIS endorsement.
- Complete Agency onboarding components.
