We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Anaesthetics team.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in quality improvement activities aimed at enhancing patient/client safety, minimising risks, and promoting safe work practices within the practice setting.
- Deliver health promotion and education to patients/clients, groups, and carers to enhance individual health outcomes.
- Offer support and guidance to newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and other personnel involved in basic nursing care provision.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrated competence in Anaesthetic nursing practice.
Experience in Cardiac Anaesthetic nursing is desirable. Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
