The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is a free community-based tertiary mental health service provided through the WCHN across South Australia, providing care to those with severe and/or complex mental health needs. CAMHS provides services to: infants / children / young people up to 18 (16 in some areas) for community, statewide and hospital-based services / perinatal women.
The Opportunity
An Exciting opportunity exist within CAMHS to join us as an Administration officer
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform customer-focused front reception and telephone duties with professionalism and courtesy.
- Record personal, sensitive, and confidential client information from phone or in-person interactions.
- Coordinate venue bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation, and prepare itineraries.
- Aid in administrative tasks such as processing vehicle logs, travel, training, and study requests.
- Manage resource ordering, monitoring, and reporting, including equipment and services.
Please note Incumbent may be required to work across multiple CAMHS sites.

- Demonstrated ability to utilise a variety of computer software applications including MS Office Suite
- Experience with providing administrative support.
- An understanding of confidentiality and privacy.
