The Role
The Registered Nurse staff in Infin8 Aged Care is a part of our Clinical team and are responsible for enhancing our residents' lives by providing nursing care, including complex assessment, care plan development and evaluation, to maintain their dignity and independence and promote their overall well-being and quality of life.
Located in our beautiful Churchill Facility Aged Care Kilburn - Churchill Nursing Home | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) we are seeking casual staff to join our team. Our nurses are responsible for the total care of the resident, including physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They are given the autonomy and space they need to make decisions and enjoy the support of the personal care, lifestyle, and Hospitality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Medication, nutrition and hydration management.
- Pressure care management.
- Assessing residents’ clinical needs, including collecting clinical data such as vital signs, weight, and other body measurements.
- Engaging with health providers including arranging appointments to ensure residents’ needs are met.
- Behavioural management.
- Collaborate with other health professionals and service providers in coordinating, managing, and delivering care.

Who are you?
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree
- AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
- Hold a resident-centric mindset which flows through all aspects of your work.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to apply via How to apply | NDIS).
