The Role:
We're seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent position at a 160-bed resort-style aged care facility in Bargara, Bundaberg. Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager, you'll be immersed in the lively atmosphere of Bargara, renowned for its coastal dining and local attractions. This permanent part-time role offers 9 shifts per fortnight, ensuring seamless care delivery through a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and resident needs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to promote resident well-being and independence.
- Administer medications, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate resident records.
- Engage in care planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Aged care experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
