The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 160-bed resort-style aged care facility in Bargara, Bundaberg. Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. This is a permanent part-time position with a full rotating roster, offering 9 shifts per fortnight to ensure continuity of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and medical requirements.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
