Excellent opportunities exist for experienced Cardiac Scrub ScoutRegistered Nurses to join the Theatre Team at a private hospital on the Mornington Peninsula. Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
ABOUT THE ROLE As a Cardiac Scrub ScoutRegistered Nurse, you will support patients during their procedures. On shift, you will perform clinical duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the patients. This will directly involve assessing, planning and delivering care to those patients.
REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Scrub Scout postgraduate experience;
• Excellent understanding of infection control principles;
• Willing to work in a cohesive and caring team.

ABOUT THE FACILITY The hospital, located on the Mornington Peninsula, is a comprehensive 344-bed acute emergency, surgical, medical, cardiac and obstetric facility. The hospital currently accommodates a 14-bay emergency department, 226 medical and surgical, 36 cardiac, 11 ICU, 7 Neonatal, 14 Obstetric, and 30 Oncology beds, including 15-day infusion chairs.
