About the role
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Supportive of education opportunities to increase skills in Vascular nursing including a Vascular pathway and an exciting opportunity to further cardiovascular specific nursing skills in a busy, high paced ward.
We are looking for someone who has…
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- The ability to work a seven day rotating roster.
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
