AddressHomeCaring are seeking an RN to join our kind and caring team.
Your role will be:
- Medication management
- Liaising with Allied Health professionals
- Health Care plans and reviews
- implementation of management plans
- Clinical assessments
- Risk assessments
- Ongoing education & Training for staff members
- Other duties - on an as needed basis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience as an NDIS Community RN is Highly desired
- Up to date clinical knowledge & skills
- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals to foster positive and long-lasting relationships
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- A positive attitude strongly based on compassion, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Excellent documentation skills
- The ability to confidently and flexibly organise and provide education & train for Support Workers needing to obtain competencies
- The ability to work both autonomously and as a Team Member.
- A self starter with the ability to see what needs to be done and does it
- AHPRA Registration
