AddressAlliance Community is one of Queensland's leading providers of Community Care and we are currently looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) with community nursing experience. We do not accept new graduates for these positions.

About the role
We are currently on the lookout for our next RN team member, to provide quality nursing supports across the Brisbane area. We are looking for a community RN for a specific client based in Wynnum. and duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assessments
- Medication management
- Wound care
- Continence management
We are also recruiting for RNs who are interested in agency shifts. These are great opportunities for Registered Nurses to pick up causal shifts around work, school drop-off and pick-up and other commitments!

Skills and experience
- Minimum 12 months experience as an RN - 12 months community experience highly regarded.
- NDIS Worker Screen/Yellow Card (or ability to acquire)
- Current Police Check (or ability to acquire)
- Up to date immunisations and supporting documentation.
- Current Drivers License and Car essential.
