The Role
In this rewarding role you will work in a team environment where every day will be different. With your can-do attitude, you will be responsible for the direct clinical care of our residents ensuring they are able to "Live Life to the Full" in our home-like environment.
- complete holistic assessments
- develop appropriate care plans
- evaluate and make clinical decisions
- guide our care staff
- and, improve the quality of life of our Residents.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in the Aged Care sector, available to work an afternoon shift - 14.45 - 2200. 40 hours a fortnight. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and possibly some weekend shifts.
