We are based on the John Hunter Hospital Campus and supported by a team of specialist doctors and senior nurses who are certified simulation instructors and are clinically active in the specialty areas of anaesthesia, intensive care (adult, paediatric and neonatal) and emergency medicine. Requirements:1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and learners of varying degrees of seniority and from different professions.2. Experience with inter-professional education for adult learners, including ability to plan and lead small group sessions, and ability to provide clinical skills training for inter-professional groups.3. Commitment to continuing self-education including upgrading knowledge and skills in healthcare education, team training and/or the use of simulation to improve patient safety.4. Currently working in a critical care area (ED, ICU/PICU/NICU, Anaesthesia and Recovery), with minimum5 years post graduate experience and up to date trauma, advanced life support and/or airway management skills.
