As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
- Registered Nurses will supervise, direct and guide nursing team members
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
- Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice

Essential Criteria:
- Authority to Work in Australia
- Working with Children Check
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- 2+ years post-qualification experience in a Surgical / Day Surgery setting
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused

If successful, your pay will be based on award 23 - Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses' & Midwives' Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 with an hourly rate ranging between $35.49-$49.79 per hour.
