The opportunity:

• Homely 50 bed aged care facility
• Choice of working part time or full time with morning, afternoon and night shifts available
• Deliver high quality clinical and end of life care in line with care plans and residents wishes
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine needs
• In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, residents and their families, create, evaluate and update care plans
• Act as a role model, providing leadership, guidance and education to Carers
• Complete comprehensive and accurate progress notes in line with funding and legislative requirements

About you:

• Must have a degree as a Registered Nurse and registration with AHPRA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to develop rapport and productive relationships with residents and their family members
• A supportive and collaborative team player
• Genuinely interested in working in residential aged care
• Calm, compassionate and personable with an evident passion for delivering quality care
