About the roleThe role of the Registered Nurse (RN) in the dialysis unit is to support, educate, direct, delegate and supervise EN’s and patients’ while working collaboratively with other multidisciplinary teams, to give comprehensive management and optimum care to patients receiving Haemodialysis. Ensuring patient advocacy, co-ordination of care and efficient processes are continually reviewed.
