Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Southeast Queensland-based Registered Nurse with an interest in community nursing, disability and mental health to join the new and expanding Wellness Australian Group Team. You will be working in a team of highly skilled Clinical Care Manager and Wellbeing Mentors, guiding and mentoring in best practice and overseeing medication management, wound care and assisting in clinical support within the community.

Key Points
- Full time or Part time position depending on the right applicant
- AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse required. Evidence of registration with no undertaking with AHPRA or equivalent body.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience essential, preferably in Nursing, Aged Care, Disability Nursing or similar
- Experience in medicine administration and management
- Ability to supervise the clinical case management of our patients
- Provide support with Daily Living assistance
- New exciting role, flexibility is a must, grow with the role which is evolving as the organisation grows. Would suit someone who wishes to take hold and grow with the role.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
- Must be able to work well in multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in behavioural support planning or ability to undertake further training in the implementation of behaviour support planning
- Understanding of medical documentation and ability to use technology
- Strong computer skills
- Working in collaboration with many stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Emphasis on wellness and ability, not illness and disability
- Practice settings include beautiful resort accommodation, wellness programmes, stays on a tropical island.

- Australian Citizenship or correct Visa to work in Australia
- Current Australian Drivers licence
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to get, Wellness will pay for this)
- Willingness to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Card and a Working with Children Card (Blue Card) prior to commencing employment
