Angelic Care is a registered NDIS provider seeking a motivated, caring, and committed Registered Nurse to provide clinical support to assist people living in their own homes to enable independence.
Your approach to care is holistic taking into account the physical, social, and spiritual needs of the client and adopting a problem-solving approach for the planning, delivery and evaluation of care provided. You will provide clinical care and assessments to Home Care NDIS & NIISQ clients.

What do I need for the role?
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years in Nursing
- Experience in Catheter, Wound, Bowel, PEG, Diabetes Management
- Able to provide training to staff on the above areas in client care
- Case Management and care plan experience
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients and co-workers. Demonstrated understanding of a person-centered approach.
- Ability to follow established practices.
- Genuine interest and compassion in caring for the Disabled, supporting their dignity, choices, and independence.
- Current Driver’s License
