AddressDaylesford Health has multiple positions available for Nursing staff to join our experienced team across, Acute, Residential Aged Care and Theatre.
Our facility provides care for sub-acute patients and operates a 24/7 Nurse-led Urgent Care Centre. With 12 Acute beds, 3 Dialysis Chairs, soon to be opened newly redeveloped Theatre and a Residential Aged Care of 30 beds, Daylesford Health offers a dynamic healthcare environment.
We currently have a number of Casual Registered Nurse and Endorsed Enrolled Nurse positions.
Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses are valued member of our Acute Service and Aged Care team at Central Highlands Rural Health - Daylesford Health. Our professional, supportive, and committed team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients and their families across a range of specialties, including general medical, palliative care, dialysis, Transitional Care Program, Urgent Care Centre and Residential Aged Care.
Registered Nurses are an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for ensuring that clinical practice and delivery across a range of contexts promotes the patient holistic wellbeing and utilises a person-centered care model. They must be committed to inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
Endorsed Enrolled Nurses will be working under the direction of the Registered Nurse and collaborate with the team, focusing on patient centered care. They will require to have sound clinical and assessment skills and committed to contributing to our positive team environment.

Salary: Dependent on experience, as per EBA + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
